As the Kona community continues to grow rapidly, our team has been working diligently behind-the-scenes to strengthen our services for you. While performing some maintenance and upgrades late last week, we noticed the Kona email services were not functioning properly (not one of the new features we had in mind!). The result? Real-time notifications were delayed, including conversation email digests, daily planner messages and registration/space invitations. As the services were restored, you may have received duplicate comments in conversations.
The Kona team has resolved the problem and is working on procedures to avoid this issue in the future. We realize that this was an inconvenience for many of our users impacted by these unexpected challenges. We sincerely apologize and are applying the lessons learned from this episode to strengthen your Kona experience.
